Their crime rate is almost double the national average and the list of unsolved homicides confirms it. Over 2,000 cold cases are being investigated by New Orleans Police Department. Including the tragic murders of Sterling Blackmon, Brandon Adams, and Christine Marcelin. All three had been gunned down in different areas of the city in well-populated areas yet no one has come forward with any information. Who murdered these three?
