This week Melissa and Whitney dive into the tragic disappearance and murder of Jessica Phelps, a bright and spirited four-year-old girl who vanished from her home in Flint, Michigan, on July 1st, 1997. Despite extensive searches and public outcry, Jessica's whereabouts remained unknown for almost a year when her remains were found.
