Utah : Rosie Tapia

Rosie Tapia was what her family would describe as a dramatic, funny, and beautiful six year old girl and that is how she will forever be remembered.

In the early morning hours of August 13th, 1995 someone climbed through her bedroom window while her family slept nearby and stole her from her bed. She was found a few hours later, a few miles away in a canal that runs behind her apartment complex.

It has been 27 years and no one has ever been charged with Rosie’s murder.
