Born to Regina and Ralph Thomas, Chris was a junior at Morris Catholic High School where he excelled academically, earning praise for both his academic and athletic accomplishments. Known for his heart and sportsmanship on and off the court, he was a friend to all. On October 1, 1982, Chris’s promising future was abruptly ended when he was shot and killed at the local mall, an act that remains unsolved despite numerous witnesses and extensive investigations. Brian Lorenzo Samples, born in 1976, was a master carpenter, musician, and devout Christian from Buford, Georgia. Despite drug dependency struggles, he completed a rehabilitation program in East Dublin in 2019. Brian went missing on July 6, 2019, and was last seen at a Red Carpet Inn. His family, suspecting foul play due to shady acquaintances and a recent insurance check, initiated a search. Three months later, remains found behind the motel were identified as Brian's.
