Roberta Elam was on her way to becoming a full-fledged nun when her life was taken at only 26 years old. She was described as a happy, energetic, and educated woman who was fiercely devoted to her faith.

Sister Robin as she was known at the Sisters of Saint Joseph convent, was on a silent retreat when in broad daylight she was murdered by an unknown man.

ll leads dried up quickly and her case became cold, but with the ever evolving DNA technology Sister Robin’s case could be solved.
